Racines-Giovo (Ratschings-Jaufen) is an attractive, medium-sized ski resort in South Tyrol. It extends from the Malga Calice (Kalcheralm) over the Malga Rinner (Rinneralm) to the Saxner. The two entry points are in the village of Bichl/Colle (1,300 metres) in the community of Racines (Ratschings) and up on the Passo Giovo (Jaufenpass) (2,020 metres), the mountain pass between the Val Racines (Ratschingstal) and Val Passiria (Passeiertal) valleys.
