Beginners Ramsau am Dachstein – Rittisberg
The slopes in Ramsau am Dachstein are perfectly suited for beginners. Most of the slopes are in the sun and are very flat and wide. Ski schools with their own moving carpets are available to practise first turns at the Kaliland and Bergkristalllift. In the Kaliland, beginners practise at the moving carpet and tow rope. Beginners can also ski on the Rittisberg with the combined installation. From the mountain station, the 3.5 kilometre easy Märchenabfahrt fairy-tale run leads down to the valley. This slope is a highlight for beginners as well as children. The slopes at the Zauberlift, Bergkristalllift, Schneemandllift and Drachenlift tow lifts are all easy. The ski path from the Gletscherbahn lift is narrow and not entirely suitable for beginners.
