Family offers/child-friendly rating Rauriser Hochalmbahnen – Rauris
Rauris is very family-friendly. There are two ski schools with their own children's areas and daycare facilities in Rauris. Children can improve their skills on the Schwazerwiese practice slope in the base at the Hochalmbahn lift. Up in the ski resort, there are many suitable slopes for families at the gondola lifts. However, the valley runs are very challenging. The funslope (Familyslope) is a big attraction for children. For variety, there is also the toboggan run from the Kreuzboden. The Jungfamilienkarte (young family ticket) is a transferable ski pass. Families without a babysitter can then officially share one pass between the parents.
