Beginners Red Mountain Resort – Rossland

Red Mountain Resort is ideal for beginners. Beginners start out at the moving carpet in the learning zone. This moving carpet can be used free of charge by all visitors. The T-bar with an intermediate exit point is perfect to progress to the next level. Very easy slopes lead from Granite Mountain to the Paradise Chair and from Grey Mountain back down to the base station. The Topping Creek Chair works very well as a connection to the Grey Mountain Chair. All slopes here can also easily be tackled by advanced beginners. The local ski school provides an ideal introduction. It is only on Red Mountain that you need to be already very confident on your skis.
