Staff at the ticket desk, ski hire outlet and lifts are very friendly and helpful. Staff are always present at the boarding areas of the lifts. When the gondolas arrive at the mountain station, staff hand passengers their winter sports equipment. South Tyrolean hospitality is still very much alive here. Visitors are ideally catered for here and are happy to come back.
