Staff are very friendly and are always ready with a word of welcome at the lifts. Skiers are given a friendly greeting at most of the lifts. At the gondola lifts, staff help with placing and removing skis. Assistance is also provided with boarding at the tow lifts and button lifts and staff sometimes hand skiers the lift bars. The car park monitors give visitors a friendly greeting as they arrive in the morning and guide them to a parking space.
