The evaluation is done as follows
Lifts/cable cars Saas-Fee
The Alpin Express, a three-cable circulating ropeway, runs from Saas-Fee up to the ski resort in two sections. The world's highest underground funicular, the Metro Alpin, then takes you up to 3,500 metres. In the upper glacier area, the only access to the slopes is using tow lifts. On the outskirts of the village of Saas-Fee, you can find the Plattjen 6-person gondola, travelling up to the Plattjen peak, and the Spielboden 10-person gondola (sections 1 and 2). From the Spielboden, a cable car and a 4-person chairlift travel up to the tow lifts on the glacier. The Felskinn cable car (featured in the Wham “Last Christmas” video) supports the Alpin Express in transporting winter sports enthusiasts up to the ski area. The highlight in Saas-Fee is the Morenia detachable 6-person chairlift which serves numerous slopes between Morenia and Felskinn. Another tow lift leads up to the Egginerjoch. In the valley area, there are two tow lifts and three button lifts which are used mainly by beginners and children.
