The area around the Schmittenhöhe is one of the ten largest ski resorts in the Salzburg region and the largest ski resort in the Zell am See-Kaprun holiday region. Since the 2019/2020 season, it also possible to access the Schmittenhöhe from the Glemmtal (Glemm Valley). The new zellamseeXpress 10-person cable car starts in Viehhofen. A ski pass network has been created, including Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun and the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, under the “Ski Alpin Card”. 1 ski pass covering all three ski resorts guarantees endless fun in the snow!
