New, highly modern, detachable 8-seater chairlift on the North Side of Fiss, featuring heated seats, child safety lock and bubbles.The new stations and the chairs amaze its passenger with its elegant design. The state-of-the-art and powerful cable car guarantees maximum comfort and is an absolute highlight on the North Side of Fiss.

TOBOGGAN RUN IN FISS
The construction of the new toboggan run in Fiss will be developed in two stages. This year, the lower part from the Kuh Alm Fiss to the Sonnenburg restaurants and further to Fiss will be made completely new. The new, about 3 metre broad natural toboggan run will feature a snow-making system and lightning. The toboggan run boasts a rather gentle gradient and is therefore ideal for families.ACCESS TUNNEL SERFAUS UNDERGROUND
The Serfaus Underground has been seen as a model for successful transport strategy for 35 years. The destination is setting a course for the future with the second generation of the underground. The construction of the new Serfaus Underground was completed from 2017 to 2019 in three phases. It is way more than simply a means of transport. Now the hovertrain has a new highlight. ART WAY IN FISS
The newly created art way leads from the Schöjoch over the ridge to the mountain station of the Schöngampbahn.Along the way various art works of different materials (wood, marble, steel, stone, granite) are issued.All exhibits were made by renowned artists during the event "Kunst am Berg" (art in the mountain) directly on the Schönjoch.You can go on the art way with buggys. The exhibited artworks will be extended or replaced every year and can be purchased.STORAGE RESERVOIR FROMMES II
The effectiveness of the snowmaking machine has been increased significantly with the new Frommes II storage reservoir. This means that significantly more artificial snow can be created in the shortest possible time at cold temperature and, hence, more ski slopes are open.The new storage reservoir Frommes II has a capacity of 220,000 m³.NEW KIDS WEBSITE

In the climbing hall are 11 different climbing walls available. Each line has its own theme.We do not need many words for the "speed competition walls". The name says everything.A highlight is certainly the two Geometrix lines - two freestanding climbing towers in the middle of the hall. Extension to the Sonnenburg Family Restaurant
New seating in the indoor and covered outdoor areas will be available. An escalator from Bertas Kinderland to the new part of the restaurant will make access easier for children and families, in particular. The freeflow area is also being generously expanded and modernised.
Berta's Kindervilla
Berta´s Kindervilla - a modern, three-storey building, intended for success in the ski courses and great entertainment for kids. The centrepiece is the big room for entertainment and shows, whose design will make children´s heart beat faster.New will also be "Berta´s snow adventure room". In these rooms children are cared for as early as two years and may be the perfect variety of adventure in the snow and playing experience in the kindergarten.
Family Coaster Schneisenfeger
Guaranteed tobboganing fun for everyone. The new Schneisenfeger, a summer and winter toboggan run for the whole family, is available for lots of sledging fun since Summer 2015. The route extends from Alpkopf to Högsee. On the way up, you can already learn some exciting details about the timber industry. From the top, all toboggan lovers whiz down a specially designed 1.5 km route to the new Experience Park Hög with up to 40 km/h.

A new winter hiking trail - Thaleweg
The new Thaleweg starts at the Leithe Wirth restaurant and leads through the lovely winter landscape to the Komperdell base station.This trail can be used in winter and summer.

In the Hexenseehuette, the indoor area has been expanded and now offers room for 45 people.The terrace of the Panoramarestaurant Komperdell is now covered by 4 giant umbrellas.
Feel Free in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
As of this year, there are now 10 ski routes (slopes that are marked, but not prepared or checked) and also two new parks available for freeriders and freestylers. This means that, in conjunction with the existingparks, there is a full and varied range of facilities to enjoy.Especially for our young snow stars in the making, there is now a beginner snow
park, right next to the Kinderschneealm on the Komperdell, with fantastic kickers,
wave runs, a freestyle obstacle course and boxes.A fun slope has also been constructed on the north side of Fiss.
Improved slopes throughout the whole ski area
The generously expanded and attractively designed Wald run (forest run) inSerfaus is now a tempting alternative to the southern and central slopes.On the north side of Fiss, the Plazoer run has also been widened to
generous proportions. The narrow stretch and the steep section near the top of
the existing slope have been significantly improved.

New weather protection covers and seat heating on the Sattel lift (Fiss)
In order to increase the comfort factor of the four person Sattel lift, the lift has been completely renovated. Comfortable couch seats, high seat backs, a seat heating system and modern yellow bubbles (weather protection covers) make the Sattel lift an enjoyment, even during cold weather. New Zirbenhuette (Fiss)
With the Zirbenhuette, the northern side of Fiss is enriched with one more wonderful dining possibility. The cozy restaurant with wait service is decorated in the style of a Tyrolean wooden house and invites guests to relax with open fireplaces, ovens, different dining rooms, a lounge and a bar.

Just like hang-gliding, you fasten on a harness and fly safely along the cable on a permanently installed reel. You float as freely as a bird above everything. The start of the new "Serfauser Sauser" zip line system is at the mountain station of the Sunliner gondola lift and it ends at 385 metres elevation at the base station of the Komperdell lift.

New Fisser Flieger
The "Fisser Flieger" is a flying machine similar to a double-decker plane that carries four passengers and lets them soar from 8 to 47 metres high. The "Flieger" enables this soaring using reels upon which a stable steel cable glides and can not come loose. The passengers hang in a hang-gliding harness that gives the feeling of a free flight, yet offers optimum safety. This ride begins at the Moeseralm base station.
