SilverStar Mountain Resort is a family-friendly ski resort. Children are catered for very well in the ski school. Right next to the village, there are moving carpets and some very easy practice slopes. The entire ski resort can be explored on easy and wide slopes. There are also facilities for ice skating, tubing and mini skidoos for children.

The Adventure Centre is located directly at the village and has an enclosed area with a moving carpet. Children can practise their first turns here in this very quiet setting. There is a childcare facility right beside it.
