The practice area right next to the mountain station of the feeder lift is ideal for first turns on skis or a snowboard. Moving carpets and a practice lift support rapid progress. A ski school offers lessons here in the Schneemannland.
Beginners can explore most of the ski resort on easy slopes. Around the mountain station, there are tow lifts with easy slopes. The Obermuri and Riedkopf chairlifts also each provide access to an easy slope that is perfect for beginners. An easy slope also leads to the middle station and down to the base (turns into a ski path at the bottom).
