REFUND PROMISE SEASON SKI PASS
If ski operations in all Alpen Plus areas are interrupted or permanently discontinued during the 2020/21 ski season due to an officially ordered, pandemic-related closure between December and March, the season pass holder will receive a refund of 25% for each full calendar month lost, up to a maximum of 100% of the purchase price, minus a one-time processing fee of 20 euros.
