In culinary as well as atmospheric terms, a suitable restaurant can be found for every taste and every budget. The highlight is the Schaufelspitz gourmet restaurant. The restaurants are distributed throughout the entire ski resort with a concentration on the Eisgrat and Gamsgarten. The restaurants are modern and well-maintained.

The Schaufelspitz full-service restaurant is the highest award-winning restaurant ("Hauben" restaurant) in the Alps. The master chef spoils guests in the exclusive ambiance with classic Austrian cuisine with international influences. Exclusive wines are served.

Marktrestaurant Eisgrat

At the Eisgrat mountain station at 2900 m

You can access the modern Eisgrat market restaurant comfortably using an escalator. Guests can enjoy a nice view of the Schaufelspitze from one side or of the Stubai Valley from the other side of the expansive and open design of the interior area as well as from the large terrace. The restaurant also houses the highest pasta factory in the world. The pasta production is on display in the show kitchen.

Mountain hut tip

Dresdner Hütte

At bit above the Fernau middle station, accessible from the Gamsgarten slope

The Dresdner Hütte belongs to the Dresden Section of the German Mountaineering Association (Deutsche Alpenverein). They offer Tyrolean dishes in an especially rustic mountain hut atmosphere (self-service).
