The Stubai Glacier impresses with very many wide slopes. Most of the slopes are either easy or intermediate. There are some black runs, many challenging ski routes and a large unsecured freeride area available for advanced skiers. The panoramic views of the Alps from the higher slopes is gorgeous.

Two ski routes lead down to the valley from the Stubai Glacier. The Wilde Grub'n ski route is a very nice, challenging slope. The Fernau ski route leads first through a tunnel and then becomes a narrow, challenging slope. It is recommendable for beginners to take the lift down to the valley.

Longest run

The longest slope begins on the Wildspitz and leads via the Daunferner slope and the Wilde Grub'n ski route down to the Mutterberg base station. The Wilde Grub'n ski route has partial snow production capabilities.

Slope tip
- Fernauferner
The "Fernauferner" slope is located below the 6-person Fernau chairlift. In the upper section of the slope, there is a wonderful view of the Stubaital. The slope is also easily accessible with the comfortable Fernau chairlift. The "Pfaffenschneid" slope, the red slope which runs parallel, is a bit more challenging. - Daunenhang
The slope on the Daunenhang is very wide and you can carve as you desire.
