Access, Parking Sudelfeld – Bayrischzell
The ski resort of Sudelfeld is located in the Tegernsee-Schliersee alpine region, around 80 km south of Munich. From the Munich area, most visitors take the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway. From the Weyarn or Irschenberg exits, well-constructed roads take you to Bayrischzell. The single-seat chairlift up to the Mittleres Sudelfeld starts in Bayrischzell. As parking is limited there, many people drive over the well-constructed mountain road to the Unteres Sudelfeld or to the large Waldkopf-Himmelmoos car park. Alternatively, you can take the A93 Inntal motorway. From the Brannenburg exit, you then take the Sudelfeldstraße toll road. From the Oberaudorf exit, via the Tatzelwurm. From the south, the route to the ski resort of Sudelfeld is via the Thierseetal and Landl. The BOB combi-ticket also allows you to travel stress-free by train to Bayrischzell from Munich.
