News from the GlissPark (Tignes)

Le GlissPark - the origin of freestyle. The slopes are good, but GlissPark is even better! It's possible here to glide on grass for a change. Kids challenge each other and learn freestyling on a parallel slalom course, a mini boardercross course and a jump. Who can go fastest? Who can jump highest?NEW: The GlissPark will be equipped with a mini parcours on a mogul slope which is a popular discipline in the Olympic Games. You can improve your technique here.
Where? On the Piste von Millonex at the top of the Millonex t-bar and the Palafour chair lift. Free access.

Innovations in Swatch Snowpark (Tignes)

Swatch Snowpark: “You shoot my ride, I pimp my style” - a camera films the jumps and plays them on a giant screen at the end of the run. At the end of the week, the best rider wins a watch from Swatch!New: The module which the best skiers and snowboarders will conquer in March at the Winter X Games Europe in Tignes will be built this winter in the Swatch Snowpark. You can ski or board like the stars of the freestyle scene!New: Soft landing on the new Big Air Bag! Trying out new spectacular tricks is now possible without risk. The new Big Air Bag after the Swatch ramp will provide you with a soft landing.New: 300 metres longer
Breaking the speed record in boardercross is now a bit easier in Tignes thanks to the lengthening of the course by 300 metres. Where?
You can get to the Swatch Snowpark in only 6 minutes with the Grattalu lift. Due to the short rotation, a maximum number of runs per day is possible. The snowpark is located in the "Palet" area and is open every day from the middle of December until the middle of May. Access is free.
