Access, Parking Treble Cone

The ski resort of Treble Cone is located on New Zealand’s South Island. From Wānaka, you drive for around 20 minutes alongside Lake Wānaka until you turn off onto the steep mountain road that leads up to the Treble Cone ski resort. After around 7 kilometres on an untarmacked steep and narrow mountain road, you arrive at the base station of the ski resort at 1,260 metres. Sufficient free parking is usually available here. The road is closed during snowfalls or in unsafe weather conditions. Carrying snowchains in the car is strongly recommended.
