The ski resort of Trysil is situated in the province of Innlandet. It is around 200 kilometres north-east of Oslo. It is relatively far from any main roads and the journey to the ski resort takes you over scenic roads. You can park at the base stations of the chairlifts and some of the tow lifts. Fees are charged at some of the car parks.
