The evaluation is done as follows

Slope offering, variety of runs at the ski resort Val Gardena (Gröden)

Runs of all difficulty levels connect the slopes beneath the Sassolungo in Val Gardena. Flat and steep runs, easy and extremely difficult slopes alternate throughout the resort. The direct connection between the runs and the ski regions of the Fassa Valley, Arabba/Marmolada and Alta Badia, and the suggested tour around the Sella group (Sellaronda), creates an amazing variety of slopes with limitless variations. The Sellaronda goes right past Selva Gardena and is easily accessible from St. Cristina. Those wishing to access the Sellaronda from Ortisei, first need to go up the Seceda (2,518 m) and then down to St. Cristina. Above St. Cristina, you take the Val Gardena Ronda Express to the Saslong lift, where you can then start the Sellaronda. Funslopes, race courses and speed measurement runs can also be found distributed throughout the ski resort. The unique landscape is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
