There are slopes of all difficulty levels in the Via Lattea ski resort and there are many different landscapes. There are treeless Alm areas, slopes through the pine forests as well as sections with evergreen trees. Very long slopes from the peaks directly down to the valleys can be enjoyed in all sections of the ski resort.

You can ski on easy and intermediate slopes non-stop from Monte Fraiteve to Pariol (the middle station of the Cesana Ski Lodge gondola lift).
Most difficult run
- No. 32 La Motta in Sestriere · Length 0.8 km · Elevation difference 320 m
The slope leads from the mountain station to the base station of the La Motta tow lift.

The red No. 93 from Colle Bercia and then via the black Piste Croce to Cesana - Gran Pista in Sauze d'Oulx
The Gran Pista leads from Sportinia (intermediate slope) through the pine forest to Jouvenceaux. - Pista Kandahar Sises Gianni Agnelli
Championships have already been held on the Pista Kandahar Sises Gianni Agnelli, including the Ski WM 1997 Slalom race and the 2006 Olympic Slalom. Night skiing takes place here under the floodlights.
Suggested routes through ski resort
- Giro della Vialattea: Either from Sauze d'Oulx OR Pragelato via the Monte Fraiteve in the direction of Cesana and Clavière over to Montgenèvre and back via a varied route - the exact route with necessary slopes and lifts can be found on the back of the trail map. You can also begin the tour at other points in the ski resort.
