Environmental protection of the ski resort Villars/Gryon/Les Diablerets
The ski lift company Télé Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets SA (TVGD) is located in the heart of the Vaud Alps and conservation of nature plays an important role in the ski resort. Almost all lifts are powered by electricity from renewable energy. The winter sports resort has signed up to the Summit Foundation’s “Sustainable Mountains” programme. A target agreement for reducing energy consumption has also been signed with the Swiss Federal Office of Energy. Wildlife and forest conservation areas are indicated in the piste map.

From Bex, the BVB takes you to Villars. From there, you can even continue up to the ski area at Bretaye at 1,805 metres. - Ski buses
- Scheduled buses
- Public buses run in the individual villages and the BVB Bex-Villars-Bretaye cog railway provides the connection from the valley to Villars and into the ski resort.
