Although there are no marked black runs in the ski resort of Vogel, the resort is still interesting for experts. There are some freeride and powder areas in the upper part and good gradients on the slopes marked as intermediate. The Žagarjev graben is the longest run in Slovenia and with an altitude difference of over 1,200 metres is a challenge even for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
