The slopes in the ski resort of Weissee Gletscherwelt are mainly above 2,000 metres and are therefore very snow-reliable. In winter, snow falls abundantly here. Artificial snow can be produced on the slopes between the Rudolfshütte and Grünsee middle station. For nature conservation reasons, no artificial snow production is permitted in the upper area of the ski resort and the slopes at the Tauernmoossee. The resort is reliant on natural snow here.
