During our test process, we only encountered friendly and helpful employees - whether at the mountain station of the Sonnen lift, where they rushed to assist a child who fell off the lift, on Koehlerhagen, where the lift was handed to us with a smile, or at the cable car lift, where older men in lift uniforms spread their good mood.
