The ski resort of Zettersfeld offers rustic and cosy mountain huts for restorative breaks. Restaurants are distributed throughout the entire ski resort. They serve mainly regional specialities. Every ski hut serves delicious regional dishes. From Kaiserschmarren (chopped sugar pancakes with raisins) to goat's cheese, Brotzeiten/Jausen (cold meats and cheeses), cutlets, burgers or Dolomites pasta - there is something for every gourmet taste. From the sunny terraces, diners can enjoy the magnificent vista of the Lienz Dolomites.

Beside the Faschingalm slope at 1,800 metres
You can enjoy good food in Mecki's Dolomiten-Panoramastubn. It serves regional and traditional dishes. As well as home-made specialities, goat's cheese is a big feature here. The highlight is goat's cheese from a regional producer. There is a great view of the Lienz Dolomites from the sun terrace. The weekly après-ski parties are recommended.
Steinermandl-Panoramarestaurant
At the mountain station of the Steinermandlbahn lift at 2,216 metres
The highest restaurant in the ski resort of Zettersfeld offers a great view of the Lienz Dolomites, the Hochstein and the sunny town of Lienz. The sun terrace with loungers is tempting in fine weather. You can spend some time up here sipping prosecco and enjoying the tasty daily changing dishes.
Die Alm Zettersfeld
Above the mountain station of the Zettersfeldbahn lift at 1,830 metres
The Alm is the most rustic hut on the Zettersfeld. Diners can enjoy East Tyrolean cuisine in its cosy lounges. The highlight is the selection of cutlets. Weekly live music completes the attractions.
Naturfreunde Hütte Vinzenz Biedner
Slightly away from the Faschingalm slope at 1,850 metres
The Naturfreunde Hütte can be reached via a cat track from the Faschingalm slope. Diners can enjoy regional specialities in the cosy dining room or on the sun terrace. The highlight is undoubtedly the Kaiserschmarren (chopped sugar pancakes with raisins), made from the best local produce such as milk and eggs from the Bödenlerhof farm, fresh butter and a whole lot of love.
